BUCS have published the Regional Qualifiers Pre-Event Information document on the Indoor Champs page of their archery section. It contains much useful information, cherry-picked below. The target list for the Northern Qualifier is also up there.
If there are any errors, report them by by 5pm on Friday 20th January (Northern Qualifier) or Friday 10th February (Southern Qualifier). Any requests for changes to the data submitted on BUCScore may be possible but will be subject to an admin charge of £10 per change. New entrants will not be accepted.
You must bring a photographic student ID card and your Archery GB membership card to compete.
The top scorers (experienced and novice combined) from each category over both Regional Qualifiers will progress to the National Finals. The top 74 gents and 74 ladies recurves will qualify for the event (28 for barebow, 16 for compound, 8 for longbow). Following the ranking round at the Finals, the top 32 will proceed to a H2H (16 for barebow, 8 for compound and longbow).
It is obviously difficult to know exactly what score will prove the cut off point for National Finals qualification. However, you can apply the top 74 formula to recurve results from 2016 - PDF here. The 74th best gents recurve (combining experienced and novice) scored 529, whilst the 74th best lady recurve (again combining experienced and novice) shot 482.
If you qualify for the finals but withdraw or fail to shoot, you will be fined between £10 and £20 depending on how late you leave it.
Skeleton results from BUTTS match 3 have been added to the 2016/17 page. Birmingham were in 2300 breaking mood again - the match will be reviewed in full shortly.
