SWWU match 5 took place in Plymouth on Sat 3rd Feb. It was a big win for Bristol's WA18 team of 4 total was 1934, enough to win the match itself very comfortably, with Exeter taking second back on 1693, with hosts Plymouth taking third spot on 1616. Bath, who had been leading the table going to this match, placed 4th with 1507. With Bristol in first and Bath fourth, the resultant 3 point swing put Bristol on top of the SWWU table for the first time this season, with 47 points to Bath's 46. Exeter are third on 40. Roisin Mooney (Bristol) top scored in the match with 538, Dan Clarke (Bath) posting 523.
In the SWWU novice match, Exeter took top spot from Bristol second. Bristol's second spot here actually increased their overall lead in the novice table to 6 points. Magdalena Kazmierczak (Bristol) was top individual novice. Plymouth won the compound match, but in a parallel to the novice fixture, Swansea were second in the match but managed to extend their overall lead. Oliver Coupe (Cardiff) was top individual compound.

Also taking place over the weekend of the 3rd/4th February were two chunks of TOUCAN match 3, held at Oxford and Cambridge. The remaining slice is scheduled for Sat 24th Feb at Nottingham Trent. The keen eyed reader may have noticed that results for match 2 are not out yet. Part of TOUCAN match 2 had to be postponed until Sat 2nd Mar at Warwick. This does mean that match 2 started before match 3 did, but match 3 will be finish before match 2.
Nottingham, Birmingham, De Montfort and Cambridge have shot their match 2 scores. Oxford, Warwick, Loughborough, De Montfort and Cambridge have shot their match 3 scores. Nottingham lead match 2 so far on 2284. Oxford lead match 3 so far on 2288. Both have yet to shoot in the other match, but clearly things are very delicately poised.
In the meantime, TOUCAN division 2 has its match 2 on Sun 10th Feb. Also this coming weekend is SEAL match 3 and SSS match 5, where Dundee need a top 3 finish to secure the SSS league title.
