Results from SSS matches 1 and 2 (9th and 16th Nov) have been published alongside those from SEAL match 1 (16th/17th Nov). Dundee, Strathclyde and Imperial were the respective match winners.
This coming weekend, 23rd/24th Nov, sees the concluding parts of TOUCAN match 1, NEUAL match 1 and SWWU match 2. There will be matches in Oxford, York, Central Lancs and Swansea. Additionally, Strathclyde host a charity shoot.
Dates for BUCS Indoors Regional Qualifiers have been announced - they will be on three consecutive Saturdays in February: Bristol on the 8th, MMU on the 15th and Aberdeen on the 22nd. Bristol and MMU are BUCS Regional Qualifying hosting regulars. Aberdeen is the most northerly university on the circuit and hosts its first BUCS event since BUCS Outdoors 1999.

Dundee beat Strathclyde in SSS match 1, with Strathclyde returning the favour in match 2. The winning scores were almost identical, with Dundee 2169-2127 up in match 1 and Strathclyde 2168-2145 up in match 2. Edinburgh and St Andrews were third and fourth in match 1, with team totals of 2100 and 2088. They too swapped around in match 2, but this time both teams scored in the 1990s. Grant McLellan (Strathclyde) scored 577 in match 1, with Alex Lai and Misha Pavlov (both Dundee) on 576 and 564. Pavlov and Lai added scores of 575 and 569 in match 2. Strathclyde had 3 archers in the 550s.
In the novice matches Strathclyde pipped Heriot-Watt 1217-1212 in match 1, with Heriot-Watt winning match 2 on 1317, ahead of Edinburgh. Tyren Ng (Heriot-Watt) was top scoring novice on 502 and 509 and Heriot-Watt lead the novice team table on 29 points. Edinburgh won both compound fixtures and lead on 30.
These results mean Dundee and Strathclyde both have 29 points. Dundee lead on points aggregate by a margin of only 19 points. with Edinburgh and St Andrews both on 25. SSS match 3 is being shot on a Vegas 300.
SEAL got into action over the weekend of the 16th and 17th. Imperial won the match with 2206. Their margin over second placed Southampton was 27 points - Southampton ending on 2179. Surrey and Royal Holloway were third and fourth, nine points above and nine points below 2100 respectively.
Royal Holloway's fourth place in this match is their best ever single SEAL match result.
Top scorer in the match was Shauna Punjabi (Royal Holloway) who notched exactly 580, with Freddie Crosby (Southampton) top gent on 574. Crosby was just ahead of Imogen Flitter (UEA) and Charlotte Hempsell (ARU) on 571 and 569. Yin Chan (Imperial) anchored his side to maximum league points with his 568.
Surrey won the novice match on 1240, whilst second placed Southampton's 1152 included a 525 from Harvey Bishop.
