Cuts to mammoth BUSA field [06/Mar/07]

Due to venue capacity constraints, and in line with BUSA regulations (as indicated on the entry form), it is with regret that the organisers of this year's tournament have to announce that the record breaking number of entries for the annual indoor championship event will be restricted.

Clubs which have entered more than 15 archers will be restricted to 15 shooting places; ACME is supporting Leeds University Union Archery Club in compiling the final target list, and although restrictions will be made on the basis of the order of names on affected entry forms (as stated on those forms), ACME and LUUAC are offering affected institutions the opportunity to choose which of their entrants are able to use the allocated 15 spaces.

ACME is contacting affected institutions directly, but if your club is on the following list, and is not already in touch with ACME, please contact ACME's representatives (at acme.archery@@virgin.net), or the BUSA office, as soon as possible.

If your club has not been in touch with ACME or BUSA by Thursday morning, entries will be restricted on the basis of names on the entry form.
